i started this book blind (library audiobook) and did not realise it would be about obesity/metabolism/etc. kinda interesting but also very repetitive and this guy just has crazy health anxiety that he feels he needs to share with the world. i will never follow the atkins diet tf??? humans need carbs idiot. i think ill finish this cause audiobook is easy
