Just can't make myself keep reading. I get that it is fantasy but when introducing real life items and author should do research to know what they are talking about and use proper terminology. The way the story is playing out is also cheesy and FMC is annoying.

Irritated with the rodeo aspects. It is obvious the writer has no clue about how those things work and can't keep the story straight. Starts with calf roping and bronco (should be bronc) riding, it changes to him placing in barrels instead of roping.
