A bit early but I fear this is a DNF 😅 just not my vibe, and from skimming reviews I won’t enjoy the rest of it either.

A thriller for a cleanser is what I needed because I just started this and I’m invested as fuck 😂 the homicide detective to er doctor pipeline is hopefully going to make a great character set up.

I am enjoying this way more than I thought I would? I love the sister dynamic, Vivenna’s merc friends are a delight, appearances from a known character…I’m having a grand time.

Still loving din the bisexual sad boy and Ana the eccentric hermit very much. I am also enjoying the world expansion, and we are getting tiny nibbles of backstory that are intriguing me. Of course, we are solving another very irregular murder.

I am really enjoying the murder mystery with the underlying issue of leviathans trying to breach the sea walls…that truly makes things a bit more intense 😅
