so sorry but the audiobook made me dnf too much confusion. need to try again with the physical copy 😭

this book was refreshing with the back and forth plotline and character view points, it wasn’t overwhelming until the very end when the explanation was given.

oh max when i find you, you will pay for your crimes.

90% done and things are still looking bleak 😭😭😭

feels like i woke up from a coma bc i am confused

reading this like an advent thriller chapter calendar! i’m 2 days beijing so im catching up.

4.5 stars this book put me thru the ringer but nothing like the main character. grief and resilience and hope all intertwined. not quite 5 stars because i feel like certain parts were still centered around a relationship with a man

i might not throw the book at the wall if i just listen to the audiobook instead of reading

i regret picking up this book because the script format, chat format, detective slides, entertainment format, email format etc is too much. i’m going to try to get to one chapter before i physically throw the book

a rather long book

either about to dnf or find the physical copy because holy the narrator of the audiobook is making this painful. like i realized i’m frowning the entire time listening. idk if the reader refused to not speak flatly because the words do not match or if it’s the prose of the book or the what but i’m dnf the audiobook

i physically aged before i finished this book but nonetheless it’s still a great book!
