I couldn't wait!! As soon as I got my hands on this baby yesterday I started reading it! Rachel Gillig my heart is between your hands once again 😭

I've been wanting to dnf since hitting the 75% mark but I'm so close to the end... I went through the first 50% in one sitting but I've been struggling with the rest of the book for two days now. At least it's fast-paced.

I'm just here hoping to see them all die on a tuesday morning at 9am

Je risque de m'arrêter là avec la série pcq 1. Déjà y a un faussé entre la qualité du 1er et celle du 2eme (le plot est super mais le dvp des persos, de la relation et du worldbuilding c'est nimp, F va expliquer un truc je vais rien capter alors que y avait encore plus de trucs à expliquer dans le 1 et S expliquait super bien ? Après je suis malade là mais quand même) Et 2. ALLO LE CONSENTEMENT ??!!

I'm so in love with Virgil, I'm actually crying. Life is particularly hard and unfair in this series but pls leave my man alone

Still loving the slow-pacing, the cozyness, the world building but I must admit that those "vilains" are getting a bit repetitive and their povs are, dare I say it, cliché. This book have more humans characters than the others (haha) in the series and therefore I can't blame some of the misogynistic thoughts on them being from "animal" characters

Might dnf this in a few chapters. It was enjoyable besides some incoherences but now that the MCs are together I'm just not interested anymore tbh

J'aime tellement cette série que je trouve des excuses aux trucs sexistes... Y a pas vraiment d'intrigue mais c'est si cosy !!

I wasn't feeling great and all the books I started or tried to start just weren't doing it for me... so I decided to start a Kate Alice Marshall book cause she never disappoints! And, nobody's surprised, I'm really enjoying it so far!
