John Lee is on page 190 of 353 of A Supposedly Fun Thing I'll Never Do Again: Essays and Arguments
Had to hop on Goodreads to say that Greatly Exaggerated is one of the more thought-provoking essays I've read, and David Lynch Keeps His Head is the funniest essay I've read. DFW truly has a gift with words.

Have read four of the essays, and I have to say, I'm kind of getting sick of DFW's sarcasm.

John Lee is starting Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow
This is the most excited I've been for a fictional book since Percy Jackson's return in Rick Riordan's 2011 masterpiece The Son of Neptune.

John Lee is on page 28 of 320 of The Best Writing on Mathematics 2021
A dear friend bought me this book so I decided to end my Goodreads hiatus.

The book is an anthology of what the author thinks to be the best essays on math from the last year. Two essays in, the two I've read are pretty entertaining though not completely mind-boggling. I will say that the 20-page cryptocurrency essay is perhaps the best and most concise explanation of blockchains I've read.

Excited to update more.

Put this book on pause because it is very heavy but I finished part 1. I will be coming back to it for sure.
