Someone didn't do their highway/geography homework. They land in Newark, NJ, get a car and drive into PA using 78, but then they say "once we get to Easton"... Newsflash, 78 just across the PA border *is* Easton. It's literally the border town. Then talking about her aunt lived in Philly and I80... Not close. At all. Do a little research at least. I grew up next to Easton and this is just pissing me off.

Dual timelines. Tilly chapters are from her youth. Tilda chapters are from current day. So far it’s ok. Nothing spectacular, but lots of getting to understand her youth and mother.

Pretty unrealistic thinking a woman who has been cheated on and lied to by the last 2 men she was with, all while searching for her stolen child is going to throw herself at a guy who is now investigating her child's abduction. Seriously? She literally throwing herself at a guy she doesn't know. Does't know his actual first name, only his nickname or "call name". Using this for a challenge prompt= or I'd DNF

Took me less than 2 pages to fall in love with Jacob. I would move to snow country for this man, and I hate snow.

Then a few paragraphs later, she’s back to drinking tea! Make up my mind people!!

Editing matters. Harlequin you can do better. Literally says she’s going to get a cup of tea and 3 paragraphs later it’s a cup of coffee. Not good in the middle of the night with a scare. Disappointed the editors didn’t catch this.

She has amnesia, only remembers her name, but she knows her political views? AYFKM? Really? She doesn’t remember her apartment, work, or being married, but she knows her political views? I doubt it.

Oh things are going to go so badly. I need to get ready to cry… Where are my tissues!!
