Reading the Witcher series back to back actually tires me out as sometimes stories does not add up to the lore, rather they are like fillers. Like this book and the first book I read, the true story why the book was named like that will be only at the end of the book. Like this one, why this book is called destiny because of a story that should have foreshadowing on previous stories, but none are written.

I started reading this a day after the Crossroads of Crows, I just wasn’t able to put on my shelf. So far so good. Easy to read, but I do hate Yennefer.

I really like Torque, the Syvlvan. Good thing that Geralt do not need to kill him.

I really like Nivellen and of course the personality of Geralt compared to the Crossroads of Raven. He has more personality here than being a quiet dude without personality on the Crossroads of Raven.

Bringing back my sanity in reading.

I like how light reading this book is, and how it could get my attention in hours but I feel like it is short in tagging my curiosity to make it mysterious and thrilling.

I guess for a movie literature, this book is good. For writing, I think it needed more push to be mysterious and thrilling.

Started this probably 2 days before. So far so good.

So Ranni cares now? After letting the children on their own for a long time? Why letting the children in the shaft? Why let them alone without any supervision whatsoever? Gosh the adults in this story are so lenient.

And who in the right mind let 5 children alone with their nanny and driver alone in a big castle, with 3 dont-know-to-trust-caretaker and a hostile-scientist?

Though, her husband safety is a must, but why so lenient? They could go to the Moon Castle after the mother has watched the test flight of her husband since the brother of the prince is sick.

Need to go back to reading. My mental health is ⬇️ and my screen time is ⬆️.

Gosh, I hate Rosamond. Aside from being spoiled and hard headed, she is willing to leave her husband after a particular hurdle in life? She would left him because of shame? That she cannot invite Captain Lydgate and others to her fake wealthy living? Gosh. At least Dorothea is favorable.

I think Lydgate has gotten too deep. Marrying Rosemond and expecting a very beautiful wedding and house which Lydgate can barely afford and expecting a dowry from Mr. Vincy, which he did not like the match. Gosh, this book stresses me much.

Hmmm… I can understand why Dorothea like the old guy forgot his name, but she should not be rude to other people. This makes her unbearable to me.

Catherine Linton, Heathcliff, Hareton, Hindley and Edgar. I ways mixed their names. Then there is Isabela and Joseph, Lockwood and Ellen. Gosh and sometimes the author mixed their last names so I do not know who is talking or what was happening to whom.

I also find the story of Catherine Linton and Heathcliff and Edgar sooo stressful. Heathcliff is so malevolent.

Why do I prefer that Valancy is sick and dying and Barney is not a heir?

I prefer that their connect is not based on status but pure understanding of each other. Although Valancy did marry Barney because she thought she was going to die soon. I do not like how to story came to be. Or probably I am not just a big fan of romantic books?

What a waste of chapter. Giving Wade Halo and Cheng Xin canceling it later on? What for? I think the Bunker Project is inevitable, most people want that. The Black Domain is also a good thing but failed, but why cancel the Lightspeed Project when in the first place that was the reason why you gave it to Wade? Or I forgot something anout their agreement? i just don’t get it.

Wow I did not expect that.

Hmmm… its seems sad that most of those who tried to make it for human survival died. I guess theres going to be tons of death on this series.

Why do I feel like this book always leave the readers unnecessary mystery. Even Luo Ji was not even given the clear answer to his question, why him? Why do people here in this book left to their own to understand what was happening? Well, if the mission the protect Earth failed I know the reason.
