Ummm so Nicky’s kind of a creep. Not a good look for the gays, man. But I’m excited we get to learn more about Neil and Kevin’s past. Shit is crazy. And Andrew’s even crazier, what the hell is his deal?

Finally reading this book after seeing it around for so many years! I hope this is good. Honestly, I’m kind of confused why everyone is so fucking aggressive with each other, but okay kings? And why are all their names so similar? Aaron and Andrew? Neil and Nicky? Lowkey struggling lol.

I’M GOING TO CLAW MY EYES OUT. WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT!! If this is queerbaiting it’s the most EGREGIOUS example of it I’ve ever seen, and if it’s not then it’s the most BEAUTIFUL love confession. Richard looking disappointed when Seigi explained his “proposal” and that it was not actually meant in a romantic sense. Fuck off. They want each other so bad. Richard is so in love with Seigi.

Oh my god, little Amane and his wish :’) MY HEART

Why is Kafka always covered in pee?

I’m so glad Richard told Tanimoto the words she needed to hear. I’m glad Seigi got closure. And damn, Richard feeling bad after because of Seigi’s feelings? My heart, man. I love them so much.

I forgot what a petty bitch YuYang is. I fucking love that for him.

Seigi: *says the most romantic, gayest fucking lines in the universe that send Richard into gay panic*
Also Seigi: Richard is like an older brother to me :D

Oh my god, Seigi inviting Richard over for dinner? Richard having an immense gay crisis about the whole thing and flat out refusing, only to lean against the wall like he’s in pain and ask Seigi to dinner anyway? Are we not supposed to think Richard is stupidly in love with Seigi?

They’re so soft with each other, I can’t :’)

This is sad rich white boy propaganda and yes I’m falling for it

Richard pretending to flirt with a man and even agreeing to GO UP TO HIS ROOM just to steal back some gems. Reckless little bitch, I love him

OOOOOOOOH MY GOD … I fucking love Seigi, man - truly a character who has my heart. But sometimes I do wonder if he has a functioning brain. He’s so far in the closet, I am almost sorry to be reading this during Pride Month. The amount of patience Richard has is astronomical. I’m having fun as well as suffering reading this.

Oh my god, Seigi is such a fucking pushover … GET IT TOGETHER, MAN

Finished Vol 18 (4.5 stars) - Fucking brilliant dream sequence. My heart was in my throat the whole time. Would Mira’s first explanation of Borderland excited my sci-fi loving brain? Yes, but it would’ve killed the point of the whole series. The ending carried the author’s message faithfully until the last page - “What does it mean to be alive?”.

Finished Vol 17 (4.25 stars) - FUCK MY FUCKING CHUNGUS, THIS FUCKING SERIES MAN. OH MY GODDDD

Finished Vol 16 (4 stars) - FUCKING HATE FUCKING NIRAGI GRRRRRR

Finished Vol 15 (4 stars) - This volume made me feel stupid lol. What even is math at this point

Finished Vol 14 (3.75 stars) - Please save Dodo, I’m attached to him now

Finished Vol 13 (4 stars) - Interesting end to the solitary confinement game, and I’m stoked to see Hayato back, even if it is with Aguni. The last two volumes have been only side stories though, so I wonder just how quickly this whole series is going to wrap up when we get back to Arisu and Usagi.

Finished Vol 12 (4 stars) - Seeing Arisu and Usagi have a moment of peace was so needed. And then we went straight into another fucked up game lol

Finished Vol 11 (4.5 stars) - One of my favourite volumes so far. I am highly emotional over Tatta, don’t look at me…
