I am about over little miss Violet and this unbearable YA juvenile list for Xaden. Ie get it. He's the hottest thing you've ever seen. I don't need to read about it every other page (sadly, almost literally). If the rest of the story wasn't as good as it's been is DNF.

Anyone else read this one? If so, does Charlie give any kind of suspicious vibe? I can't even point to what it is ... she seems too "normal" compared to the other characters. 🤷

"Midnight Library" vibes, anyone? About halfway through this one. I'm not certain of this book is about finding acceptance and closure for the sake of one's own peace of mind. 🤷

Hmm. Quite dry and slow up to this point. Still interested but I hope some sort of plot comes together. 🤷
