such a delight to read an incredible book after robinson crusoe

i think this is going to be a 2.5 to 3 star read, but something astonishingly great has to happen for those 3 stars

robinson crusoe ist schon ein robinson huso, aber respekt, dass er nach drei jahren alleine auf dieser insel noch nicht (komplett) wahnsinnig geworden ist oder verhungert ist

kapitel wär’n cool aber alles chillig

1) i love how i am surprised when it comes to some major events/plot twists, even though i’ve already read this and therefore should remember 2) i first thought that i need to lock in and finish the book today but then i remembered that reading is for fun and not a chore or competition

i love how jane basically thinks that everyone around her (more or less including herself) is either dumb or ugly or both
