The bachelor/bachelorette/love at first sight meets fantasy characters - YES YES AND YES!!!

I have many thoughts about this

Loving the whole academia vibe of this book and of course broody brothers

This book may seem YA in it’s writing but the relationship between Darce and Nyra is doing something to me

Do I like Ransom answering questions? Yes. Do I want him to continue answering questions? No?? Because I feel like the more he answers questions, the deeper this would get and I cannot get any deeper than this. Arrrggghhhh

You have to know I only put this book down because I needed to sleep and function like a normal human being in the morning

Honestly this is all because Theon refuses to talk to Tessa like she’s a proper being and also because he had the worst example to emulate from on how to care for a Source. I mean, just talk to her rather than command her, Theon!!

Also props to Luka for being the best second in command and being more understanding of Tessa.

-10 points to Theon for not letting Tessa eat doughnuts because what??

There's a reason why I'm so slow at ending this book because I've only got 18% left to read and about 40% more plot to resolve itself and I know this is a standalone so I'm not sure if I'll hate the ending or love it and I will do whatever to protect my fragile heart :(

I think I might actually cry when this book ends.

This book will actually be the death of me

Oh I do appreciate a FML that knows what she wants and all the little ways she tries to kill her new husband

I think I know where this is gonna go

I already love this world

I don't think I can let this end because what am I then supposed to do with my feelings and love for flying horses? D:

Girlie is so badass omg

I too would like a flying horse please

I KNEW IT I KNEW IT I KNEW IT!

I wanna be team Merrick but also team Loche, why is that so hard?

I love that there are so many players here that all seem like they’re hiding something and I can’t wait to find out what they are. I know I’m already at almost 50% done so something big should happen soon!

Honestly not sure if this will be a DNF or I will continue with it. Seems a little too YA for me at the moment given that the main characters are 18. But also why are the Heirs so weird? It's not giving good vibes.

My heart bleeds for Jameson but also dies with the need to see Shadera and Greyson kiss, come on!!!

The layers upon layers of anticipation is going to be the death of me, I’m sure of it.

Honestly, this book is giving hunger games meets divergent but I love the slow burn that’s evolving into a she fell first but he fell harder type of situation.
