Lol okay its actually getting interesting now, was wonder for a second that I'd have to dnf it 😅

I usually devour Marissa Meyer books but this on is hooking me in like I hope it would 😭 will give it another couple chapters in hopes it picks up

The writing isn't the best but the plot is picking up and got me so intrigued

I know I'm not very far in but the attempt at humour so far ?? Not vibing with it 😅
Hoping the plot gets good so I can ignore it.

I thought with the tournament ending halfway through the book was a little strange and not sure how we'll move forward but thissss twist?? Ohhh I hope we get to see Arvelle's character arc shift now 👀🫣

The pace is picking up but it feels like its taking ages for new clues or information to be revealed, like I'm invested but with nearly 100 pages left you'd think more would be happening or the stakes getting higher

Finally its getting somewhere 😭
