I cant tell if I'm going to love this or not. I think I do, but it's also making me a teensy bit sad which is currently not my goal.

Also, I didnt think Joaquin would be one of my faves, but here we are.

This one has less connection between the characters than my last few reads. I dont hate it but I am feeling a tiny bit let down because I was very much enjoying the dynamic. Missed opportunity for a slower burn here 🫠

I wanted more for Adam's story. No shade to the FMC, her character is perfect for him, but some of the stuff is just..more OTT than I anticipated for his book. I guess that tracks though?
