This is such an interesting book. For the first 25%, I had no idea what was happening and now I couldn’t put the book down.

Dnf @40%, GUYS I need to start reading the synopses of books bc this book is so hard to read. There’s no chemistry between the characters, just lust, which if that’s what you’re looking for maybe you’d like this book BUT I WAS SHOOK. I can’t keep reading. I looked at some of the other reviews and some had similar complaints. I was gonna try to persist for the reading goal but I can’t do it. 🫥

Chapter three has probably the first reference to chocolate gravy and biscuits I’ve ever read.
