Might read one small part a day for most of the year, might end up devouring large chunks at a time, we shall see! I like the translator just from his voice throughout the introduction and am excited to see what he, Saint Augustine, and I get up to on this reading journey (that really just stemmed from a whim purchase while perusing the Barnes and Noble religion section, as all good things do).

Absolutely love applying the bootstrap paradox to this one (if you read a book and go back in time and discover that the book does not exist and proceed to write it in that time from the memory of reading it, then who “originally” wrote the book?)
