The first 200 pages are kinda lame but then it gets way more fun!

This book is long.

Very boring so far

I know that’s not what the book is about but Mrs Clarke telling Constance that she takes the villagers too seriously and that they „don’t mean harm“ is so similar to how some people will treat you when you confront them with any type of discrimination. And seeing it play out was really enlightening.

How am I almost done?? I feel like this should be the midpoint

I find it really interesting but at times boring to be honest.

The biggest difference between Sophocles and Homer must be that Sophocles was aware that women are human beings

Just finished Ajax, so three more plays to go.
