I’m still on my western kick. I’m unsure how much I’m going to like this book. It’s very… I don’t know, cliché? It’s so cartoonish how the author writes the characters. I should’ve figured from the cover, but covers sometimes are so deceptive! Will continue to read but unsure how much I’ll be enjoying…

I’m rereading this and cannot believe I didn’t DNF. It is incredibly boring and slow moving - nothing really happens except tons and tons of set up. Going to power through only because I know I ended up liking it…

I’m having so much fun reading this but it’s soooooooo funny to me how unrealistic and stupid the basis of the main relationship is. On top of that there are multiple hot men vying for this woman’s attention - for why? I couldn’t tell you. I’m having a blast!!!

One thing I can’t stand is when a previous happy relationship one of characters had starts to pale in comparison to the person they’re currently interested in after 2 days of meeting them. God it really irritates me and feels like such lazy writing just to get main characters to seem like they have such amazing chemistry! Meanwhile emotional connection no where to be found!! People don’t act like that damn it

Anxiety at a 10 the suspense has me in a chokehold need a break will switch to something mindless lmao and come back soon 😭😭😭

Shall I pick up the In Death series again? So comforting and easy to read… hmmmmm
