Narrators male voices are off, but distracting.

Fourth and final in this series. Focus was on Mac and Amy. Too many variables attempted to be woven in for me. The NRO trying to cleanse the population, Amy’s sons infected/ will there be an antidote in time, Wolf and his people/ struggles, and the Amy and Mac romance. It was a bit hard to follow at times, became way too murky. Enjoyed the first book the best. The others seemed to work less and less.

Main characters are Greg and Fiona. It was their first meeting and dating. Overall cute. Leaves you at a cliffhanger.

Fourth in the Jack “Jacqueline” Daniels series. They don’t really need to be read in order. In this book, the Chemist is poisoning the people of Chicago and the police can’t figure out who the killer is. His hits get bigger with a grand finale planned. Some interesting twists, but overall an easy read.
