I’ve noticed a pattern. Riley Sager (and Grady Hendrix) often have a Volvo reference in their stories and emphasize it. As a Volvo driver I find it funny and interesting 😎

“By May 1992, our household had curdled and transmogrified into something monstrous”. I’m in love with this sentence! Lisa Jewell is a phenomenal writer. There’s something mysterious & so special about her story telling.

I grew up in the 90's in the south. I am LOVING this book! I have the physical copy and the audio. I've re-read some of the chapters after listening because the dialogue is THAT good. And funny.
