Why is sophie's last name Foster if her "parents" last name is Freeman?

ugh i actually can't i'm forcing my way through this stupid book. like please reconsider if you want to read this. the only reason i'm finishing this is so i can get more books on my "read" list.

This reminds me of The Great Gatsby, and how the person narrated the book. Also, the back didn't really summarize what I've read so far, but now it's making more sense.

tbh this isn't really my kind of thing but at least the chapters are short.

I'm really hating Earnest. Or however you spell his name. i picked this book because it was just a spontaneous decision. i mean, i didn't expect it to be good, but it is ok.

I kinda feel like Marie lu is losing ideas to write about. Legend and Warcross was great, but Rebel wasn't so good. I did read Skyhunter, but I wasn't super impressed, not like I was when I read Legend.

I'm forcing myself to read this. why? I have no idea. It's just, I think I want to finish this horrible series, even though it's probably the worst I have EVER read. In. My. Whole. Entire. Life.

Honestly, this kinda is not what I was expecting- it took a huge and unexpected turn that made no sense. I don't really like it. Heartless and Renegades were her best books.

I have just started, but I read the overview, and this book seems stupid. The only reason I'm reading this is because it's so popular and was recommended to me. I hope I don't get disappointed.

This is so much better than the first 2 books. I think the series gets better as it goes on, but I don't really like how SJM always uses "male" and "female". Like just use he or she like any other normal author. but tbh, I really really hated the first book and I don't even remember what the second one was about.

i absolutely love Melanie! she is sooooo sweet

this book is better than the last, but it's still not great. alina gets too much attention.
