Good so far, but I just learned I have to wait until book 3 for Finan and Sihtric to show up and aww man, I miss my husbands.

Skipped ahead to read 'The Wigmaker Job' & 'Eight Little Talons' because the internet told me to. And here i thought I couldn't adore that sassy murder of crows any more. Slay.

Finished book one and I am having the best time— same cannot be said for Dawes 🥲

There are people in this fandom that are making me want to bang my head against a wall right now, so let it be known that John Epler’s first short story The Horror of Hormak has been my absolute favourite so far! I don’t usually vibe with body horror, or horror in general, but that really brought back the dark fantasy element that DA is known for and I appreciated it 🙏🏻

A wholesome bromance was not on my bingo card for this book but here we are 🥹
