I’d never heard of the Adlerian branch of Psychology, I fuck with it. It’s hilariously simple. Basically, you’re unhappy because you want to be and trauma doesnt exist because the past doesnt exist, only the present.

Not sure a books ever grabbed my attention in this way; I’ve never read anything quite like it before. Instead of the typical rush to the finish line to see what happens, I’ve been savoring every chapter.
