At first I found these short stories uninspired and uninspiring, but it may have been the Space I was in at the time. Then I got to the two stories: Emory Bear Hand's Birds and In the Great Bend of the Souris River and the writing of Barry Lopez again shone through and renewed my love and awe at his writing.

Placing this on hold for now, as I am in the midst of some busy, distractting events in my life right now.
