honestly i wasn’t expecting much at all but im sort of pleasantly surprised, so far it isn’t too bad at all

managed to get the audiobook from my library and the narrator is easily carrying the ever loving fuck out of this novel, i would have given up by now if it wasn’t for him

this book was going pretty well until the author wrote that palestinians stole israel from jewish people, yikes yikes yikes sick to my stomach

the end is in sight and i had to tie myself to a chair to get this far

literally don’t even bother reading this, how did this book ever get lauded as a credible feminist text is beyond me

i only add this book to my CR to hold myself accountable but i cannot say im loving this so far, im unsure how she managed to make this nearly 800 pages long

unironically this book killed my motivation to read so i either finish this today or i never open it again, we shall find out in a few hours

as an atheist i can mostly get down with buddha 🙂‍↕️
