Easy read so far but a tad slow , I have a feeling it’s going to pick up now that the detective has decided to holiday in the town . Don’t think this is going to be much of a holiday for him 🤭

And he has said yes, I knew she’d have second thoughts though I can’t wait for Percy to get there. i’m wondering why he is waiting for two weeks though hmmm…

A bit slow to begin with but it’s starting to pick up now I’m hoping there are more twists . I understand why Jane is reluctant to have a relationship with Percy with her past but it was made out to be a way bigger deal than it was … unless there is more to it which I’m hoping there is .

Just picked this up after a long break from reading , I feel like this is the perfect place to start . Can not wait to get my teeth into it

I’ve been in such a reading slump , haven’t picked up a book in 4 months, does anyone else go through stages like this ? I do tend to read more in September-December probably because the weather is more cosy . Tomorrow is going to be a dedicated reading day I think try and get out of this slump 💚
