My heart ♥️ dropped with Matthew’s sudden passing, dear Anne had such a bright day with him before it, ‘my girl-my girl i am proud of’🥺 and then came Marilla’s eyes problem, Anne dropped that Redmond dream and how can they dare buy Green Gables, that beautiful place. It’s bittersweet and lifelike that Anne had to drop her college plan to support Marilla and Green Gables happy for her livingin Avonlea

That rivalry with Gilbert Blythe is the best fuel 🔥 for Anne, it shook her right out of her stage fright
And look now she’s into town away from the Green Gables leaving Matthew and Marilla in proud tears 😭🥹 and a heartache 💔❤️‍🩹

Loved the part where Diana and Anne shifted their playing ground from Idlewild to the pond, how little girls, children grow up and adjust to circumstances changing, like the trees being cut down in Idlewild so they just moved to a new place and the fun stayed
