The perfect amount of suspense to have me slamming through that one. But also the lavish 70s decor took me out of it a little.

It’s a lot more entertaining with a headache and slight fever

Ok…getting really annoyed with the pacing and timing of this book…(among other things)…

Has to finish this one during the day - getting a little too creepy before bed…

Needed a dumb read 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t think I like reading a book about a MN serial killer, who, so far, has been targeting short, brown-haired girls/women

Margaret Atwood hyping up the novel and also discussing how when women’s movements/rights come to the spotlight, so too do books with women that have supernatural powers was just the tone I needed to start this off

Nothing like sitting in urgent care and reading about how the flu took out the human race

Jerusalem’s Lot: creepy and faced-paced, I was drawn in from the beginning

Guillermo del Toro’s passion for gothic tales and ghost stories is so inspiring - loved reading his intro

I really thought I could finish it before I left…
