A slow start, but glad to see how Chaol reacted to the news about Rifthold and Dorian. Hopefully Nesryn can get her information about her family in Rifthold soon

God I can’t believe Arobynn is FINALLY dead. FUUUCCCKKK that guy fr. TBH I’m kinda ok with how Chaol is now a background character because I’m really liking Rowan. Like a lot!! But I keep picturing him as more like Rhysand or Cassian rather than his white hair it keeps mentioning

Oh god Jack in Christmas Town WITH Sally is good

I love this book so far! It really doesn’t help that I absolutely love everything NBC, but the idea of Sally the rag doll running around Christmas Town and interacting with its residents while Jack had to hide the entire film in Christmas Town is hilarious

Time for a little break between Aelin’s story for Halloween with a book based on my favorite movie of all time! I do love the slight changes between Sally discovering the Christmas Door instead of Jack now! God now I need to watch the movie again

I fell into a huge reading frenzy today because the compelling story of Aelin claiming her name back and learning to control her fire; Manon and Abraxos finally going over the Crossing; and everything with Chaol, Aedion, Dorian and Sorchia back in Rifthold. Holy shit I barely have 100 pages left now!

Celaena and Rowan are very interesting together. In the back of my mind while she’s with him before meeting Maeve, I still wonder how the king is reacting to her absence.

Omg meeting Rowan so early??? I already know that he’s an important character but I didn’t expect him to show up within the first 2 chapters of this book! God I missed present day Celaena though while living the heartbreak of losing Sam

Oh god I’m starting to like Sam, god I don’t want to read the last novella almost knowing what’s gonna happen to him 😭😭😭
