I left the New York Zoological Park with a pair of grey wolf cubs in a box… Presently the little captives began to scratch on their side of the box.
“Hello,” said a nearby good-natured fellow passenger. “What have you got there?”
“Hush,” I answered, putting my finger to my lips. I did not want to get thrown from the train. “Tomato plants.”
“Ah, I thought so by the sound,” he replied.
