my body rejects this book so badly 😭 out of four times I picked this book up, I ended up falling asleep three times…

lately I can’t read romance books. I just lose interest halfway through but even if I dnf this one, it’s not because it is bad. elsie can do no wrong in my eyes 💛 the characters are wholesome, the story is good. highly recommend so far

книга крохотная, если верить читалке, еще один час и все закончится, но господи…как же она сложно идет. она мне не не нравится, но и восторга я не испытываю? это сплошной поток сознания. интересный и живой, но явно нужен порционно

we had secret santa in the book club and I got a book by a palestinian author, couldn’t be happier ❤️‍🩹 feels like a good start of the year. in 2025 I really want to expand the genres I’m reading, have more diverse pick of authors, read less white str8 romances, prioritise quality over quantity and find a way to be more consistent with the tempo of my reading. fingers crossed it all works out
