In the first few chapters, the main character was so irritating to me that I wasn’t sure I could go on. The rest of the characters grew on me though, and so did she, by the end. I do love an enchanted spider plant as a bestie.

The characters in this book are so stupid I almost can’t stand it. But I’m too stubborn to DNF so here we are.
