Finally figured out that ne/nem/nir are not typos, but neutral pronouns. They make more sense then they/them/their in this chapter.

I love how she introduces us to this post apocalyptic world, the lore around what happened, and the social issues. I love having multiple view points of the same issue, in different contexts, are sprinkled throughout the first third of the book. I’m looking forward to the rest!
