Everything is a mess. Dominic is dead, Sean (my endgame for Cecelia) is married, and Tobias moved on. I don’t blame them for moving on after six years, but I do blame them for leaving Cecelia with nothing. This isn’t what Dominic would’ve wanted for her. It honestly feels like they betrayed him in a way. Team Sean forever. I will not be reading the last book tho too much 🤷‍♀️

TOO much has happened between her and everyone else sometimes you just have to realize that no matter how much you love someone you just can’t go back: she doesn’t understand that too much has happened for her to go back to the 20 year-old girl she was: Tobias has a gf, sean married: the scars is always gonna be there, but you have a choice live with them and move forward or let it take over your life:

Six years passed and none of them reached out? Sean being married broke my heart because I truly believed he was her endgame. Cecelia built a whole new life and was about to marry the “perfect” man, yet she still wasn’t healed and went back to Triple Falls. I appreciate her growth and backbone, but I can’t excuse every decision with “she was young.” One mistake is one thing this was three men.

Dom died, no one hade the balls to reach out AFTER 6 YEARS: My baby sean is married, kind of sad bc he was my favorite of them all but I still don’t get how or why they all moved on and it seems like she and Tobias will be endgame🥲

Idk how to feel. I’m literally crying because Dom died. His death actually hurts.

Yeah, he annoyed me. Honestly, they all did at some point. But yk… you can get frustrated with a character and still cry when they die because you remember all the little moments that made you love them 🥲🥲🥲

I’m only 60 pages into Exodus and I’m already exhausted. 😭

The Frenchman is Dom’s brother?? And she kissed him??? Girl… PLEASE. How many men is she going to fall for? She’s seriously getting on my nerves at this point. 😭

It hurts my heart to read about the distance she has to keep from the boys, but they kind of used her, so I don’t know how to feel. At this point, I’m expecting nothing but sadness from this book.

I was NOT prepared for the reveal about Cecelia’s father. That plot twist completely changed the entire story for me. And Sean… finding out he had a plan from the beginning but genuinely fell in love with Cecelia absolutely broke my heart. I need Exodus immediately.

It’s not my first time reading a book where she is with 2 boys at the same time but I didn’t see it coming: I rlly like Sean more also I just discovered the “ Robin Hood” part, stealing money from banks and gives it to small locals who needs it🥹

What in the fuckung shit??? The lake scene, TURNS OUT she is messing with both guys and they LOVE IT?’n

150 pages in and I have so many questions. 😭 Dominic is just annoying at this point. Sean seems way too okay with the tension between Dominic and Cecelia, and I don’t understand why he never really shuts him down. Everyone acts like it’s a big deal when Cecelia stands up for herself, which feels… suspicious. And how did Dominic know Sean took her to the waterfall for her birthday?

At first, I was a little confused, but around 60 pages in I got hooked. I’m really enjoying it so far. Dominic definitely intrigues me, Sean has my whole heart (that waterfall birthday date 🥹), and if this turns into a love triangle, I’m not ready. I also love how mysterious everything is. My only complaint so far is the first-person POV.

This book made me fall in love with the characters even more, especially when the author herself confirmed that this couple is based on Hailey and Nathan form Oth=One tree hiil

I’m loving the book so far, so many things I had forgotten: I’m rlly glad I watched the show first rather then rereading because the show changed a lot!
