If no one else has got me...I know that Ursula K.Le Guin will always be there. I am steadily building my collection of her and am currently sitting nicely on 6 books.

Currently 3 books behind schedule due to an unnameable slump, so I will be using my upcoming dogsitting stints as a means to plough through some of my TBR.

Oh no…it’s one of my kryptonites…the humanisation of androids/humanoids…it’s taking me back to my Detroit Become Human days…

I’m eating this book up like it’s a piece of skewered fruit on a dusty tumble weed YEEHAW !

Mindlessly picking up books and reading the first couple of chapters only to still feel reluctant. Might have to ransack my bookshelf tonight or wipe the slate clean and restart my June reading instead of trying to read 3 books at once.

I was doing so well with getting out of the reading slump and now have slowly started to fall back into it. I really want to start reading Gideon the Ninth as part of my Pride reads !

Overwhelming the reading slump by reading 5 different things at one time to see if it will go into overdrive

Currently looking at this short story with a student and have inadvertently become engrossed in the story. It's very poor from me to have read/watched adaptations of TFotHoU, but never read the OG.

Listening to this as an audio book to beat my reading-slumped brain into submission and the production is very good !

This must be some sort of immovable reading block as I have picked up numerous books and read the first chapter, trying to kick start my brain, and it has point blank refused.
