I’m finally at the very last book of this series! Can’t wait to see how Auren and Slade’s story ends!

The way that the struggle Auren is going through is written makes me root for her to succeed. The different POV's, specifically seeing the events of how Queen Malina and Midas met, are an added flare to the book that I felt was missing. It's a nice escape during my breaks at work.

Finally decided to start the Red Queen series, and so far I'm very intrigued by the world-building, magic system, and political undertones. Can't wait to see how it goes.
