I've enjoyed Jessica St. Clair's improv appearances in podcasts for years, and liked Casey Wilson in both Happy Endings and her appearances in Black Monday.

I read some reviews that expected a more formal self-help book or a different type of humor, and I suppose being aware of the authors' past works what I've heard so far aligns with what I expected. It's been enjoyable.
