I was incredibly excited to dive into this book as it combines two of my favorite topics. However, reading it six years post publication was a letdown. The technology references are painfully outdated. It relies heavily on examples like IBM Watson, which has effectively vanished from the modern AI conversation.

Amazing insight in what Alzheimer’s disease is and what causes it. Only knock I have is with the author pushing the inadequate plant based diet. Peter Attia and Casey Means are my go to folks when it comes to diet and nutrition.

A frightening thriller.

Amazing, must read for those interested in longevity.
