getting paid to read about lesbianism i love my job

this has been a great thought experiment regarding how long i would last in this situation before i'd just will myself to die (not very)

deserved

learning about my new culture

i locked in my guess for the killer on page 148 and unfortunately i was not right. i definitely could have probably figured it out if i paid closer attention. but it was a valiant effort!

so much better than what i was reading before holy

almost a 3rd in and not much action but loooots of backstory i hope the payoff is worth all this buildup!

obsessed with elizabeth talking to men who are into her just to get the gossip on her opp, women haven't changed a bit

going to add "keep your breath to cool your porridge" to my vocabulary

can't believe this book is doomed by the narrative of a 2012 disney fairy movie i'm going to be devastated

lesbians are officially canon in disney pixie hollow fairy lore. lets fucking go

"it feels like we were born of the same laugh" "government-talents are born from stars" WHICH IS IT?????? (i have been way too observant of the continuity errors in pixie hollow lore since childhood)

pausing into thin air to read this for class - already blown away, this is one i'll be rereading and reanalyzing for a long time

ready to give this 5 stars without even reading it. one of my favorite authors in the world and most anticipated book of the past few years!! eeek!!!

i'm going to be the first person to ever review this book i'm reading for my thesis!

maturing is realizing that love triangles piss me off BAD…
