The fact that the first 2 chapters ( excluding the prologue) consist of 16 and 22 to pages each, is actually wild 😭🙏

Dead ass, all of the male characters with the exception of Ruhn and hunt, all blend into each other, istg, i have to switch back a few paragraphs to see who’s fucking talking 😭.
Come on Sarah, I know you can do better than that.

I want to like this book so bad 😩
Where’s the tension?? Where’s the excitement?? Why does this book have such a strong first 100 pages but completely fall off after 150 pages?? 😔

This book so far, is really focused on flowery wording and dialog than it does plot. But overall not bad.
And the chemistry and tension between them doesn’t feel as strong as it is written out to be… but we shall see how it ends.

I feel like the multiple POV is unnecessary.
But Rhun’s is the Exception.
He’s the best Written character by far.
