This book is so infuriating! Plot holes, inconsistencies, grammar!

This author has a serious issue with time jumps!!!

Okay…now it’s getting weird. She’s jealous that she’s not the one screwing her cousin??

Oh, again with the one line throw away comment of “oh I saved her but she’s not mine anymore”…

Okay so there was a funeral, and they keep referring to Kyla-Rose in the past tense and how they couldn’t save her. Are we supposed to believe she’s dead? Cause one look at the chapter index would tell you she isn’t!

Yet more background characters! More unnecessary people to add to the plot

Have only read the first part of the prologue and will update as I go but had to comment now. If you’re going to end a book on a cliffhanger of someone possibly dying, don’t start the next book with a time jump and a throw away comment of “we saved her”. It’s bullshit and as a reader I feel cheated.

It's okay so far but there are repeated sentences and grammar issues. Almost like it hasn't been beta checked.

Ah! So good! It's slowly coming together and I am excited to finish.

Please tell me this gets better...I have only read the Prologue and I am already annoyed - Gracie is such a doormat. She caught her sister sleeping with her fiancé the night before their wedding and when they claim to be in love she just lets it go because she doesn't want her "big secret" to be revealed - no secret is worth being treated like that by your own family.

Ok...so it's set in the F1 world but with fictional teams etc. Which I get.
Yet two of the drivers from the "best of the rest" teams are Max and Ricardo - Really?? No originality at all.

I enjoyed throttled but I am seriously close to DNFing this book.

Sophie is also the epitome of the "I'm not like other girls" type of girl who is in fact like a lot of other girls and therefore nothing special.

It was going so well…now I’ve got the ick
