this is actually quite well-written and even though the contents are immediately predictable by an avid college blog reader it’s very inspiring. in fact it almost moved me to consider alternate career paths until apropos of nothing my mom came over and said to me that i should just be a quant because i am so smart it would be limiting myself to not make a lot of money

cracking this open knowing FULL well i am one of the excellent sheep and i will finish this and trot straight off to my tech job

this is worse than ao3 bruh the author has pulled the “narrator has minor accident mid-argument with situationship forcing them to confront each other in extremely unrealistic dialogue” THREE times. four-year-late reread: i remember the first time i read this i thought it was kind of boring and everyone was annoying. but something must have changed within me because i now see that henry is nothing more than a deeply unserious lowkey autistic chill guy

committing myself to reading this slowly for the next ten years after which i will attain enlightenment and evolve into my final form (a bigger nerd) (my ebook copy of this is 1600 pages long)
