The paragraph called “Urbanity” was a perfect and much needed way to end the prologue after all the despair. It made me sigh in relief and feel some hope.

“It had never had to occur to him that she was anything but completely correct.”

Felicity is such a poor girl. She deserves better. 😭

WTF, OMG, and AW is all I have to say. Wow

I just finished chapter seven which was pretty cute at the end. I would say the end gave me a little taste into how the enemies might become lovers. From what I have read, I’ve noticed a slight curiosity Violet and Xaden have for each other in the mix of their despise. <3

Overall the book is good. It’s captured my attention and I’ve been able to image the scenery well. Excited to read more.
