Gonna be my longest audio book ever! Wish me luck team. In the middle of my last book I was like I need some god damn nonfiction, too much sci-fi gun pew pew for me. Luckily it did get a bit more contemplative at the end, but still craving this.

Reading this for a psych class but I’m counting it as a book here anyways duhhh

I like this book but I think I have to come back to it once I have an idea of what is important to me in life.

I’m reading this audiobook and the voice they do for the diary entries is KILLING ME. But I’m intrigued to see where it goes

I think the problem with romantasy books is their takes on society are always so BORING. Everyone loves their “dark daddies” because they kill and fight. Killing the enemy who is starving people and abusing puppies 😐😐😐😐girl what’s dark about that? There is never anything morally grey ever in these books. Praying for something interesting in this one but hopes aren’t high

oh my god the writing style is crazy I don’t think I can’t focus on it.

Listening to the audiobook of this. Listened for like 5 hours during my 9 hr drive from Invermere to Seattle. It’s giving very good classic mystery with education on how bad America is lmao. I honestly thought I was getting to the end of the book because I feel like all the twists are revealed but I’m only half way through so lowkey excited because my gullible self has NO CLUE! where it is going hehe.

You know when you read a slow burner and you’re like ugh!! this is agonizing just accept your love for each other already. This book is like the opposite. Fast burn? Lmao. Anyways it’s a bit weird and feels unnatural. Let’s see if it improves 😳

Picking this book back up because it is boring BUT I’m too invested in the characters to quit now so it is the PERFECT read for exam season.

I’ve caved and bought kindle unlimited so here we are. All books from now on will be kindle unlimited. I did love crowns of nyaxia so excited for this

DNF. Tbh not connecting to these characters at all. After being surrounded (exaggeration) by engineering students + profs who think they are the smartest people in the world, a book about them doesn’t seem to interest me.

Listening to this as an audiobook and the author is narrating so I will be crying at some point. Memoir audiobooks that are narrated by their authors give me life like nothing else. If there are any you’ve read or heard are good, my fellow 5 friends: COMMENT BELOW!

DNF. I didn’t realize this is basically a book of flashbacks. Why? These fantasy romance novels have to CHILL. I’ll deal with 300 pages of conversation that add 0 to the plot IF the other 300 move it forward (even just a little bit). BUT A WHOLE BOOK OF FILLER? I’m in shock. Wake me up when the next book is released so I can read the summary of this.
