half way through and i am not ok it hurts in a good way 😭

the story unfolds into a fucking messy shithole, mcfadden's style. shitty writing, shitty characters,. it takes me little to believe that mcfadden didn't have any editors at all before she published these books. or worse, the editors hated her as much as i do lol

this book is gonna be the best read of 26!

The tension between our main characters are so good. i still don't understand why this is being compared to ACOTAR. and also the age gap isn't THAT bad. people are so salty abt it fr.
the thing pissing me off sm rn is how the author wrote the black character. her dialog is so dull and just a lot of crusing..?? has she met a black person irl? jesus christ ma'am
