Okay, she’s not fond of her firstborn in the slightest. She speaks of tossing the child after she has been discharged from the hospital. She’s starting to sound like Verity.

It’s slower, I can’t quite get a good enough gasp on the main character yet. Sometimes, she comes across as rude - or entitled/conceited. But then at other times, she’s perhaps just extremely comfortable with being herself.

Took around 18 chapters to pick up. It was a slow build. But now I’m locked in.

Great Book So Far - definitely a page turner. Still not sure what Ella’s problem with Casey is.

I’m not enjoying it like I thought I was going to… it’s corny, rushed, and the chapters are so choppy.
