Gray's writing is seriously so bad, but I love Greek mythology and refuse to put this down.

I like a Medusa retelling. I do not, however, love writing that has approximately 20 similes per page.

It is taking me a million years to get through this book. In many ways, I love it, and in many other ways, I am so friggen' annoyed with all his asides. Normally, I love those, but there are WAY TOO MANY. Sanderson sometimes seems more interested in being cheeky than telling the story.

I am doing research for a play and I'm glad I picked up this book. Asexuality is so much more nuanced than I realized. I'm also learning a lot about sexuality, in general.

Hehe. I love sassy Theologians.

Only one chapter in. It's heavy but so, so good.

Second half is so much better. I'm really enjoying Part 3: Who we are.

Okay, I *am* enjoying this, but much of the information seems rather... basic? Maybe I'm a "supercommunicator", though? I dont know...
