i wanna dnf so bad but then i don’t get my bookmark from the goodreads challenge

this book is creepy

quarter of the way in and due in 6 hours…taking bets if i can finish this book before libby takes it away from me

super irrelevant to the plot but having barbara walters be mentioned in a book set in the 70s when she was prominent in my life is so telling of her longevity in the journalism industry

idk who edited this book but it’s so wordy and michelle is a much better storyteller than this

Libby took away my book now I have to wait a month :(

libby took my book away and now i have to wait a month to finish😭

not enjoying this one bit😭

it’s giving when harry met sally🤭

hoping this is the fall romance the cover makes it out to be

was unaware of the premise going into this book and now i’m locked in

library took my loan back so I have to wait 3 more weeks to finish🥲

ash being comedic relief rn is cracking me up but i just know he’s going to be so important in helping bel solve this eventually

*SPOILER*

hate hank sm hope he dies a horrible death

if the twist is what already happened i am going to be quite disappointed in this book

we love mothers who uplift their daughters instead of forcing them to be a part of the cycle. three cheers for cynthia’s mom

geeked at this charles dickens shoutout lol

tommy is a gem i would like to read about his journey. praying sophie is real and not a catfish bc his sweet self doesn’t deserve that

big pharma is the worst the whole oxy campaign was absolutely insane and I’m so disgusted by how horribly regulated this was by the fda because of pure corruption and greed

did not realize “this little light of mine” constituted as a “jesus song” this book is teaching me a lot

northern virginia shoutout did not go unnoticed

of course the owner of the convenience store in bumfuck nowhere is still an Indian man. the diaspora is insane.

wtf this book is so sad and i’m at the airport trying to hype myself up for vacation mode and this was a bad choice of a book

something relevant to the book: stoner can literally choke and die and i need tommy to have a good life

i am giggling so hard rn same-side seating at a restaurant is so underrated and it’s a hill i’ll die on

oh man i cannot wait for this season lmao

scared how tv character john logan is going to be bc book john logan is kind of a dick???
