And so the Ann Patchett marathon continues!!!! I’ve been so excited to start this one and it’s already better than I imagined

“There is no explaining this simple truth about life: you will forget much of it.” I’ll be so so so honest this is dragging slightly for me BUT at the end of the day I think it’s supposed to. It’s just a story and it’s beautiful in its slow simplicity

On a recommendation by my beloved Mady I am reading my first Ann Patchett and I have indeed shed tears

Finally acquired a new copy after leaving my beloved high school copy on a plane 333 so the re-read is back ON

Ohhhh I knew this book was gonna be good but I didn’t know it was gonna be THIS good

One of the most interesting books I’ve ever read and I still don’t know if I mean that in a good way or a bad way… stay tuned

Genuinely cannot decide how I feel about this book but I definitely don’t want to DNF it so……….. that’s something?

Yessss Cory Doctorow make me hate tech bros even more please I’m begging

I am on the edge of my SEAT

I did not anticipate crying so much during this one

Oh Duncan :’)

*takes a drag of my j* Here we go again

“Eternity takes back its own. Our bodies stirred these waters briefly, danced with a certain intoxication before the love of life and self, dealt with a few strange ideas, then submitted to the instruments of Time.” …………FRANK you can’t keep getting away with this!

Took me a little longer to get into this one but we are sooooooooooooooooo back

I need to stop reading this on the bus bc it keeps making me cry!

No notes

Still gagged 24 hours later

Unable to get my jaw off the floor
