creo que mariana hace un buen trabajo en hacer personajes queribles, o círculos sociales que son fáciles de imaginar en tu mente mientras lees. la narración deja mucho que desear y es increiblemente infantil.

nunca habia leido un libro que aunque tiene contenido para mayores de edad, parece escrito para infantes. parece que lo escribieron para ser leido mientras tenés una pantalla con un gameplay de subway surfers al lado

i take it all back. i love silas, he's the only respectable character in this book. i just don't think casey deserves him

it's pissing me off everytime silas' name pops up on the book. i know oscar is like a lot of commitment for casey but he's a good man and he doesn't deserve any of this

finished chapter 3. this is a superficial observation but having to listen to a group of english people talk about their philosophies and opinions on americans is my personal hell and i just had to live through it

it took half a book to get somewhere but now that i'm here it's not that bad tbh.

does jenny han know that she's supposed to make the love interest likeable/desirable instead of a total asshole whose only rediming trait is to be "going through a lot"?

i like the narration so far

i actually already listen to stephanie soo's retelling of this story, and i really liked the plot. tho big part of it is that stephanie is really entertaining. but i'm liking the book and i'm only a little bit upset that i already know the ending

has none of this people ever heard or communicating their thoughts and feelings? sadie what the fuck im tired of you

i like it so far. i didn't read the description. is it romance? i lowkey hope not because i really like their friendship as is, tho i do really want her to break up with the other guy

i'm really liking it. amazing theme, it's the kind of book that makes you reflect on your life and the lives of the people surrounding you that sometimes you take for granted. but it's not annoying about it, it doesn't spell things out for you necessarily. it doesn't feel like it's trying to be deep, it is what it is. fingers crossed for a good ending

i don't really like it. the writing is good and it's an interesting theme, but i just don't like it. the story moves slowly and i have no idea where any of this is going. i might finish it only cuz im halfway through already but i don't think i'm giving it a good rating.
